The solution – creating mail filter
Logging on to the MSN Hotmail account the user should click on the “mail” tab and go to the inbox. Creating a new folder would be the first step towards this end. It would be proficient creating a new folder with new name to manage the mails and the mail should be placed in the folder using the “put in folder” link. When asked the user should give the new folder name and click “OK” to get the folder listed. Once the folder is created the next step is to create the mail filter. Hence the user must choose “options /mail and thereafter select the custom filters from the said option. Once this is done the “new filter” button must be clicked.
Safety precautions
One of the specific tasks of the filter would be to keep away junk mails from your mailbox. However it is also necessary to ensure that good mails do not go to the junk folder. Selecting the “Junk Mail Folder” icon on the left of the navigation bar and selecting the correct level of sensitivity using the radio button might solve the problem.
