Moving emails to folders in hotmail

Step by step guide
Open hotmail and sign in. Click the “folder” option in your file located to the far left column on the screen. Immediately a list of folders created earlier will appear. For creating new folder use the “new” option placed next to an icon of the folder. It is located at the top left corner of the MSN page opened. In the new dialog box just enter some name and then click “OK”. The folder with the name is created. Renaming is also possible using the option by clicking on the folder and using a new name.

After opening the email account and viewing the message lists one should check the box to the left of the message. Thereafter click on the “Put in Folder” option on the bar that is located above the list of email messages. Select any name from the drop down list and the message will directly move into that folder.
