Step 1: Start by opening the Apple mail and clicking on the File option from the menu bar. Find the words saying ‘Preferences’ and click them to open a small box.

Step 5: Finally, you can see the Account Summary information in the box. Confirm that you fed the right information at the required places. Click on the Create option to complete the procedure.
